What a terrific dentist office! Dr Horton has a highly qualified and trained team that cares about doing the best possible.Candy, the best hygienist that Ive ever encountered.Candy has helped me enjoy better gums and healthier mouth.I thought that I knew how best to care for my teeth, but Candy taught me better ways.The pain while eating has mostly gone away. A couple of crowns and Ill be good to go.I can tell you, I usually do not fill out surveys, but Dentalux is exceptional.Thank you Candy and Dr Horton!

By far the best experience I could have asked for. If you are looking for a comfortable and easy going dental office, look no further! I was terrified to go to the dentist. That fear is completely gone. Kelly is absolutely amazing! She made me feel so comfortable from the minute I walked in the door. She took the time to explain everything to me, & made sure I understood it all. She worked out a treatment plan to get the most out of my dental benefits & make my out of pocket cost as low as possible. Dr. Horton is such a nice man. The office in Sebring suddenly CLOSED. I was offered to transfer to their Wauchula office which is too far for a senior citizen. The person brought in to close out the office and provide patients copies of their dental records, claims not to know the Dental Hygienist who was the last professional there, nor where she is now located. Candy Velez was a super professional and caring person. I am trying to find out where she is going so that I can continue to receive good and healthy dental care.Alice Oldham

I was seen in the Sebring ofc and all the staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond. The OM Victoria Dewberry is a gem for this office. As she is very knowledgeable in the billing process and explaining that the Sebring office isn’t contracted with any insurance, but they will file out of network claims for the patients.e also explained my XR’s and showed me how bad my gums have gotten, I’ve had paradontal gum disease for years and unfortunately haven’t been able to get my yearly deep clean scaling done in several years. I’m on Medicaid and they work backwards. They say I have a cavity under one of my crowns on the RT side and they won’t do scaling until the cavity is taken care of but they don’t do that in their ofc? Victoria advised me that she would work on helping me get my scaling completed. I’ve always did all 4 quads at a time, obviously being numbed up, CFHC will only do a quad at a time. Anyways your OM is awesome!! The dental assistant Whitney was very pleasant, gentle touch, explained everything she was doing prior to doing it. The receptionist Gena was so sweet and just a pleasure to talk to. She answered all my questions!! As for the doc he was great too, explained everything, and was very nice. I wish they would get a Full-Time dentist in the Sebring office, makes it tough to make an appointment and the only other office close to me is in Wauchula. All and I had a great experience at your office!

Everyone was pleasant and nice. The dentist was just there temporarily but she was very nice and helpful and explained everything to us. Hope that they find a permanent dentist soon and that they would Continue to be very nice and welcoming to patients that go to their office. Thank you !keep up the good work.

I will start first by saying every staff member is absolutely wonderful. They’re all extremely welcoming and very nice. I felt like we’ve known each other for quite sometime, but in reality this was only my first visit.Very friendly and caring in wanting to help you find out what’s going on with your teeth. I also like how informative they are by explaining things they see that you may not understand.Dr. Horton is a heck of a guy very easy going and super friendly. He’s very gentle and takes notice to your pains you may be feeling during procedures. It’s hard to find people who have concern for how you’re feeling. I do have minimal experiences with dentists as an adult but this office has made it so comfortable and relaxing that I dont feel nervousness or fear at all when visiting for an appointment! The staff is consistently professional, friendly, and have been very helpful! They have been gentle and caring during every single visit. I highly recommend seeing Dr Giacobbi and his staff!

Took my 83 year old mom who doesnt get around very well and has communications issues. They got us in immediately due to my mom being in a lot of pain. The entire staff was wonderful. They were so sweet and understanding with my mom, treating like she was their mom. They were gentle and kind, doing what they needed to do to get my mom out of pain as quickly as possible. I highly recommend Dr. Horton and his staff.

Moved down here from Philly 2 years ago, and a neighbor referred me to Dr. Horton. No normal person looks forward to going to the dentist, but Dr. Horton and his team make it OK. Im a little phobic and I gotta say best dental experience ever. He has a great mouth-side manner. Tells you everything that is going to happen first, gives ongoing progress report, and most importantly carefully controls pain management. At the end of every procedure he shakes your hand and thanks you for being his patient. Also, he came in on a Sat morning in the summer to re-secure my temporary crown that popped off. How many dentists would do that? Wonderful staff too, with very competent and friendly hygienists, techs, and office manager. They handle all the insurance stuff, and religiously text/email appointment reminders. Finally, what I appreciate most is the personal service and family feel of the office, that you wont get in a box or chain practice. Only Dr. Hortons name is on the door. Real professional and a class act--- 5 Stars for sure!

I set a pretty high bar with all services I receive.I had a Terrific experience with this dental office. Dr. Giacobbi and his entire team were all very friendly, personable, caring and professional. Dr. Giacobbi and his dental assistant Hannah took the time to ask me many questions about why I was there so they could do a thorough examination. Then after the examination of my tooth problem, Dr. Giacobbi suggested what he thought was the problem after looking at the x-rays, and what to do next in a reassuring way. His rates were reasonable, and they do an excellent job of communicating with you before and after the visit via text messages, emails and on the phone. I was very impressed, and will be going back.

Very professional office. To start with, the staff was so polite and friendly. I had extensive work to be done and they explained the entire process that I had to go through. When Dr. Horton started the procedure he made sure I had no discomfort. Now that it’s done I’m happy to be able to smile again. The last month I have had the worst experience with a different dental clinic trying to get an exposed nerve in a tooth fixed... No other dental clinic takes my insurance in the area..BUTAfter a few days of debate today I decided to get it pulled... I didn’t want to at all but I just wanted the pain to stop. I called Dr Horton deciding to pay the out of pocket for an extraction.They got me in that day, three hours after I called them. I went in and they welcomed me with huge smiles and comforting words. They didn’t want to pull the tooth because it’s right on the edge of my smile and they helped me figure out a way to get a root canal and crown.They did the root canal and fitted me for a crown, the same day I made the appointment and they stayed an hour over their scheduled time to go home. After the procedure they were very sympathetic to the amount of pain I had been in based on how inflamed the tooth was. I am so grateful to Dr. Horton and his staff for all that they did for me today. Absolutely one of the best dentists I’ve ever been to!!

I went to Dr. Horton for a dental implant. I was in for an examination including x-rays. Not long before my procedure was scheduled, I received a phone call at work from Dr. Hortons staff. She asked me about a phone call that I received after my last appointment to review my visit. She asked me why I left a poor review. I replied that I did not leave a poor review and that I usually do not have time to participate in reviews and would have likely ignored the call. She told me that they have a service that makes calls after each visit and that the poor review was linked to my phone number. I explained that they have my work number and that it could have been any of a number of people linked to that number. Regardless, I had no complaints and did not leave a poor review. If I did, why would I want to return? I was told that she would talk to the dentist and call me back. Not even a week later, I received a letter in the mail from Dr. Horton stating that he would no longer be able to treat me in his practice. Nothing like this had every happened to me. I was disappointed. I had to start all over again with a new dentist. My dental insurance allows for one panoramic x-ray every 2 years and though Dr. Hortons office gave me a photocopy of my x-rays, no other dental practice would accept the copies. I had to pay for a panoramic x-ray out-of-pocket . I lost time and my procedure went into the following year. I also had to continue my costly dental insurance longer than I would have. Words cannot describe my disappointment. Looking back, I can say that maybe it was all for the best, because I do not want to patronize a business with such arbitrary practices. I did not leave a poor review, but fell that it is important to write one now, so that others know my experience that wasted both my time and money. I guess Dr. Horton gave me a good idea.

Hannah and the dentist were so nice and made my anxiety less. I had never had a crown done before and I was pleased for they made it as a easy as possible. The called me later in the day to check on me. That was so nice.Thank youJackie Stimson

With complications with Covid, I was greeted at the door, filled out paper work in my car, then was able to enter. Staff were timely, cordial, and polite. Dr. Horton was very friendly and clear with the next step in my dental care. Staff gave me precise information as to what my insurance would cover. I came away feeling positive in regards to what what the next procedure would be.

Arrived for an appointment 15 minutes early. Was called back to the room 10 minutes early and they started my dental work right away. Excellent job with the topical pain application. Never felt a thing one the dentist started. Total appointment took less than 45 minutes including a filling. Very happy!

I had a toothache and my previous dentist could not accommodate me. Being a woman of faith I asked the Lord where I needed to go and He send me to Doctor Horton. Such wonderful Doctor and staff. Their honesty and integrity was so appreciated, and unfortunately these quality in people are hard to find. Thank you, may God continue to bless yall!

I had recently experienced a fear of dentists, mainly the Novocain shots. But after Dr. Giacobbie treated me with two crowns giving me the shot of Novocain I swear I didn’t feel the shots at all. It was painless. I was very impressed with Dr. Giacobbie. He is a kind dentist. And even tho I’m 65 he understood my fear. I will never go to anyone other than him. I am also impressed with his staff. Both front and back offices. They are so freaken friendly. I can’t even express my experience. I highly recommend this practice.

First time coming here to get work done and it was absolutely amazing highly recommend if you’re looking for a great dentist this is the place to go. While getting procedure done many times being asked if I’m ok and a phone call SAME day asking if I’m feeling any pain and if everything was good! Work done is amazing! They truly care and tell you the truth and walk you through everything before during and after.

Dr. Giacobbi took over for Dr. Horton. I miss Dr. Horton very much and he chose Dr. Giacobbi, who is the perfect choice for a dentist. What I love about him, is he lets you know what he is doing, while he is doing it and explains the procedure before he starts. The entire staff is very professional, AND very friendly. They are also very helpful. Whitney is one of the best. She cares and makes going to the dentist a pleasure! That takes a lot, because going to the dentist is not a favorite for anyone. Whitney makes it fun, while staying friendly and professional. I highly recommend Dentaluxe. You wont be disappointed. Everyone needs a gentle dentist, and Dr. Giacobbi fills that need.I had another appointment today to have my teeth cleaned. Candy is a perfectionist when she does the cleaning. She spends as much time as it takes to get every tooth to perfection, AND, she is very kind, explains everything she is doing. Additionally, she has a lot of experience and very professional. Her sweet spirit is such a plus. In fact, she cleans my teeth the best I have ever had done, and I have had many, many years of cleaning of my teeth over the years. Amazing Dentist and staff! They got me in quickly when I had pain from a filling I had done at another dentist office. The dentist did x-rays and then adjusted the bite on the tooth. We are hoping that this fixes the problem but he explained to me what would happen if the pain persisted. He was very thorough and friendly. I was even more shocked at my bill (or lack there of). Ive been going to Dr. Paul Horton for years. His work is impeccable and so are his hygienists. He doesnt accept insurance but has an in house plan. I choose to patronize his office because of its quality work. If youve been going to a dentist for your whole life as have I, you need Dr. Paul Horton.

Needed to establish a long term relationship with a local dentist. I came across Dr Horton from reading past reviews from his patients. I can personally say that after meeting with him and his staff that this is a top notch organization. Everything from communication to chairside manners are warm, friendly and totally professional. One little thing that really stood out to me was my dental hygienist apologizing to me for having to wait 10 minutes past my appointment time! Im well into finishing my second year with Dr. Hortons practice. I deal mostly with my hygeinist. Had never had my bacteria removed from under my gums. Quite bad when I pulled the plug to get this procedure done.Ive accomplished bone growth again to their surprise. Done extremely well. Im now and have remained a stickler for constant care at home using the best products. Ive saved my teeth, my smile & can eat in comfort. Ihighly recommend Dr. Horton practice.My hygeinist is Candy & shes the best!Hope I got her name correct. She deserves great credit for educating me on follow up care. Give em a calll!!!

Dr Horton and his team are very safe and knowledgeable professionals. After your examination, they sit you down and explain what is going on in your mouth and if there are problems they present a plan to help you eliminate the problems. They are highly recommended.

I lost my partial and Dentaluxe got me in the first day without an appointment. The staff and Dentist were great and a new partial is in the works.

Im mother in law she gone to fix her bridge and its been almost two months she left her bridge there today she go to her appointment and they told her de doctor its not there. So they cannot give her the bridge. Very bad service from them

Great experience, I had to have a tooth pulled and Dr Horton and his staff made it quick and painless. I highly recommend Dr Horton. The Office staff is lovely and very accommodating.

This was the week of April 30th before the state declared a partial reopening. I called them in the morning and was told they were accepting emergency services only. When I I told them of the pain and swelling, I was scheduled for the next morning. They met me outside of the office, took my temperature, and asked health and travel related questions. After coming inside and washing my hands, I was given a thorough examination, prescribed an antibiotic and pain medication. They also had some of the antibiotics in the office and started me on them right then. Gave me a referral to a Oral Surgeon, who took care of my problem the next day. Very pleased with the service I received at Paul Hortons office.

This visit vas unusual due to covid virus presence . Door was keep loked , close to appoitment time as a patient your temperature was checked and I needed to answer to some questions , and only after I passed this 2 steps I was allowed inside . Personel was frendly and was wering special protection so the chances of virus spreading to be reduced at maximum or totaly eliminated . I felt good seeing all this protective measures . We are living unprecedent chalanges and Dr . Horton team is up to new chalange , service like usual very good .
